Destiny Webster, Creative Director

Destiny Webster is an East Oakland visionary with an unyielding commitment to improving the lives of Black people. She is the Creative Director of Ready Set Collective and Founder of She Magick- Rituals. She undoubtedly wears her city on her back, using her multifaceted roles to advocate for justice, healing, and the empowerment of black communities.

Her designs reflect the lived experiences and rich culture of Black people. They celebrate Black excellence, challenge dominant narratives, and foster a sense of healing and empowerment. Destiny's work pushes past traditional boundaries, dismantling oppressive structures through her fearless and visionary approach to design.

She fights daily for a future where Black voices are centered, Black lives are celebrated, and Black dreams are realized. Destiny's commitment to improving the realities of Black people is at the heart of her artistic expression.
